FPT Announces Strong Profit in First 7 months of the Year

Revenue and profit before tax (PBT) in the first 7 months of the year reached VND 23,219 billion and VND 4,242 billion, up by 22.2% and 23.7% YoY. Profit after tax attributable to parent company’s shareholder and EPS reached VND 2,906 billion and VND 2,659, up by 30.1% and 29.5%.

Global IT Services segment continues to see solid revenue growth of 29.1% YoY, reaching VND 10,156 billion, fueled by the outstanding performance from the US market (up by 43%) and APAC (up by 62%). The Japan market saw rapid recovery with the JPY-based revenue growth of 20.2%.

Signed revenue (New order volume) of the Global IT Services segment recorded a sharp increase of 43.2% to VND 13,762 billion. Revenue and PBT of the Technology sector reached VND 13,259 billion and VND 1,923 billion, equivalent to the growth rate of 22.1% and 25.4%.

Revenue growth of Digital Transformation Services reached 50%, of which revenue from Cloud services has almost doubled (+87%), accounting for 55% of revenue from DX Services.

FPT announced 25/08/2022 as the record date for the interim cash dividend payment of 2022 with the rate of 10% over par. The payment date is 12/09/2022.

FPT Software and NCS develop a 3,000-employee technology center

This cooperation agreement meets the strategic goal of expanding the global technology service and development network of both sides. The center is expected to reach more than 3,000 employees by 2025. This is also the third strategic technology center of NCS in Asia. FSOFT's opportunity here is to have access to the latest projects and technologies, and to expand access to and implement Singapore's national technology projects.

Based on 28 groups of criteria such as existing services, presence and market strategy, FPT Software was named in the category of companies providing IoT consulting services (IoT Consultancies in Asia Pacific) along with leading global technology companies such as Wipro, Infosys, KPMG, Deloitte and Accenture.

FPT Software and SCSK cooperate to deploy the AUTOSAR solution

FPT Software has just signed a global business cooperation agreement with SCSK – a large Japanese technology enterprise. Accordingly, the two businesses will cooperate to introduce and promote the business of Monozukuri AUTOSAR (MaaZ) technology solutions for leading manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry in the world, focusing on the US, Asia-Pacific and European markets.

FPT continues to promote cooperation in digital transformation with provinces and cities. In the first 7 months of the year, FPT has signed cooperation agreement on DX with 09 provinces, bringing the total number of provinces to 20.
